It's a Hit 05/18/2008 at 08:27am User: Anonymous User Rating: I loved the way this dish looked on Robin's show, tried it out myself last night. What a great combination of flavors! I couldn't find the anchovy stuffed olives, so I bought some pimento stuffed olives. I forgot the oregano, but it really didn't need it. I served it over cous cous, with a vegatable ratatouille (Rachael Ray's) on the side. The halibut was light, yet hearty. Sooo Good! beautiful presentation 04/04/2008 at 03:07pm User: patty from canonsburg, PA User Rating: made this for family, everybody loved it,I did not have olives with anchovies but used plain green olives, also added a zest of lemon and 2 tbs of olive oil as i did not have wine in house, also added a pinch of cayane pepper for zip This receipe is a keeper Wonderful flavors! 02/03/2008 at 11:21am User: Kathy from Loudonville, NY User Rating: My husband and I enjoyed this new recipe. The flavors go well together. I could not find anchovy stuffed olives so I used jalapeno stuffed olives instead (a few less for martinis) and it was delicious! Other than the fish, everything came from my pantry. In an effort to eat more fish, this recipe is a keeper. Thanks. Outstanding and Easy! 02/01/2008 at 03:56pm User: Claudine from Aventura, FL User Rating: I do not cook, this is the first recipe I have cooked in years. I was able to make it without getting the full recipe details from the website (I only saw it a couple of times on the show with the help of my DVR). The results were outstanding on the night of my dinner party and a day after for a lunch party (my husband said it was even better when marinating for one day). Everyone asked for the recipe! I feel like Julia Child - for the first time in my life!!! Thank you, Robin Miller and the Food Network! Great Halibut 01/21/2008 at 04:56pm User: Lorraine from Framingham, MA User Rating: Tasty, moist and so delicious Not a fish person 01/13/2008 at 07:02pm User: Linda from West Bloomfield, MI User Rating: I was watching Robin Miller's program today and thought the fish sounded interesting. I like roasted red peppers, olives, basil, but I wasn't sure about the anchovys. Maybe just maybe this would be the fish recipe that I had been looking for. YES it was EXCELLENT! My husband was so impressed it said this was a resturant quality meal. The blend of sweet and salty was the perfect conbination. This I would even serve to company. Thanks Robin, I will continue to watch and try your creations and finally make them part of my meal plan. |
