Codyjo 04/07/2008 at 11:03pm User: Anonymous User Rating: Awesome simple recipe! I just made it the 2nd time and remembered just how much my husband I liked it. It is not missing all the butter at all and the artichokes and shallots taste just as yummy as the shrimp. I am already dreaming of the next time I make it!!! Interesting Combo! 04/04/2008 at 08:03pm User: STEPHANEI from Grapevine, TX User Rating: Could use additional ingredients and flavorings to compliment this dish. It was a good dish to be improved upon. Great! 03/05/2008 at 05:09pm User: Branwen from Cleveland, TX User Rating: It was quick, easy, and absolutely delicious! Yummie 02/20/2008 at 01:35pm User: Anonymous User Rating: This dish was quick to make and very tastey Delish! 02/15/2008 at 11:35am User: Rachel from Plainview, NY User Rating: This dish was simple to make and tasted great! My whole family loved it. My only complaint was that it was a bit salty. Other than that, though, it tasted great. Anything with artichokes is usually a plus for me, and when you add shrimp and white wine...perfection! :o) Quick, easy and delicious! 02/08/2008 at 02:36pm User: Neeloofar from Seattle, WA User Rating: This was great! I didn't know you could get frozen artichoke hearts, so that was a nice discovery as well! I also cooked some whole wheat linguine that I through into the pan at the very end, just to get it all mixed together. yum! DEEEEELISHOUS!!!! 02/06/2008 at 09:28pm User: RICKY from OLD HICKORY, TN User Rating: WONDERFUL DISH AND HEALTHY...IS GREAT WITH CHICKEN AND CRAB MEAT AS WELL! VERY EASY TO MAKE AND QUICK! Excellent and flavorful 02/06/2008 at 10:26am User: Michele from Lexington, KY User Rating: I love this recipe. I even used frozen shrimp and it was still great. So much flavor with the shallots and garlic. pretty good 01/26/2008 at 12:24pm User: lauren from new york, NY User Rating: i'll admit the kitchen smelled wonderful, but i think the dish lacked that punch of flavor. I did scale the recipe down for one, so i'll give it one more try. Fast and Easy 01/22/2008 at 10:19pm User: Devon from Cibolo, TX User Rating: My husband loved this one. I don't think I patted the frozen artichokes and shrimp down enough, because I think it made the pan sauce watered down, but I will definitely make this a regular meal. The hardest part is shelling the shrimp, which is really no biggy. Thanks Ellie! this was the best! 01/19/2008 at 04:25pm User: Karen from Howell, NJ User Rating: Easy to make and didn't even miss the butter or pasta! Great Dish 01/16/2008 at 07:19pm User: kim from livonia, MI User Rating: I loved this recipe. I did have to add a little more olive oil than called for, which I know adds calories, but it was too dry to even cook without is. I added fresh asparagus to the shallots and garlic before adding the artichokes and shrimp. It was great over a tiny bit of whole wheat angel hair pasta. Would make again!! delicious! 01/16/2008 at 04:23pm User: Irena from Mays Landing, NJ User Rating: These was very good and low on calories. I paired it with a salad and it was great! |
