I love Ina, but I should have read the other reviews before trying this. I agree there was way too much oil. I added extra of everything else to balance the flavors and then it was just okay.

I followed the recipe to the letter and it was just awful. I've got to believe that the oil measurement is off. I saw the episode but couldn't remember how much Ina used. I had to throw it away and fix my own dressing. I am a big fan of Ina's and I think there's a misprint with the olive oil. It should be clarified for anybody else who may want to try it.

I liked this recipe. It is short on ingredients. I did cut back on the oil and added a little h20. I put = amounts of mustard and honey and increased the vinegar (love vinegar).

Did you mean one fourth cup of olive oil? One half cup olive oil to the proportions of the rest of the ingredients was too much.
