Great 05/29/2008 at 03:37pm User: Robin from Methuen, MA User Rating: I did a seafood dinner this past weekend for my family & my father. Started out with oyster shooters followed by mussels then fish chowder. I've tried cooking mussles before, but without much luck. The trick with the flour worked great! I got the parsley & thyme from my herb garden. Everyone was looking for more! My husband said that I could do this again anytime. Thanks, Ina Quick and Delicious! 05/17/2008 at 07:25pm User: null from null, null User Rating: This is a great dish - quick to make and is absolutely delicious. The last time I made the recipe, I didn't have saffron on hand so left it out and it was still great. I used a large saute pan to cook the mussles in which worked very well. I've tried other recipes for Mussels in white wine and so far, this is the best! Really, really good 04/19/2008 at 05:06pm User: Anonymous User Rating: The recipe was easy and simple. The finished product was really delicious, especially the soup. Stuck to the recipe except for the saffron. The flavor wasn't overpowering, it was a very light flavor. The Best Ever! 03/31/2008 at 09:52pm User: Anonymous User Rating: This was so delicious and easy. We love mussels and usually order them when we go out to dinner. My husband says this was better than any restaurant, and, the best meal I have ever made him!!!! A little blah 03/07/2008 at 06:04pm User: ROBIN from Lafayette Hill, PA User Rating: I was a little disapointed in the white wine broth. I just expected a little more bang. But this is the first time one of Ina's recipes has let me down. Best mussels ever! 03/05/2008 at 07:42am User: Susan from Deerfield Beach, FL User Rating: This recipe is outstanding if you are mussel lover. I made them for and appetizer for a party and they disappeared in a flash! Everyone wanted the recipe, but then again everything Ina does is fantastic. Perfect 03/01/2008 at 06:41pm User: Christopher from Beverly, MA User Rating: The dish was absolutely perfect. I served it with a crusty sour dough loaf. Wonderful. Another Winner! 02/19/2008 at 01:14pm User: kay from Mendota Hts, MN User Rating: Everyone loved it - easy and great flavor. French restaurant quality 02/18/2008 at 01:57pm User: Anonymous User Rating: It was extra easy to make and it was delicious. Instead of one cup of white wine we added just half and the rest of water. Our child loved it too. Awesome 02/18/2008 at 09:55am User: Kevin from Manchester, NH User Rating: quick and simple and absolutly awesome Easy gourmet 02/13/2008 at 04:48pm User: Noel from Orange, CT User Rating: Made this recipe last week for two. Unlike a lot of other recipes on here, this one was right on. Easy but very nice. Next time I make it I will use some red chili flakes as I think a little heat would do it well Wonderful 02/06/2008 at 12:45pm User: Anonymous User Rating: Truly Delicious! Fantastic!!!!! 01/20/2008 at 03:04pm User: Anonymous User Rating: Super easy to prepare and delicious. I watched the show and though it's not mentioned in the recipe, she served the mussels with a crusty sourdough or french loaf bread that they used to soak up the wonderful tasting broth. It was delicious!!! Will definitely make this easy recipe again! : ) Ina knows mussels! 01/19/2008 at 01:51pm User: Diane from Bulverde, TX User Rating: Delicious, easy dish! |
