Because it only has to set for 20 minutes in the refrigerator, and because of the intense and unique flavor yielded from spices and flour, corn meal, and masa mixture, this recipie is easy money as your quick go to dough. It needs some sort of sauce to moisten it a bit. But once I served this to my family, I couldn't believe how much they liked it, and my 15 year old NEVER eats anything I make from scratch anymore!!!
