If you want make a good piece of skirt or flank steak on the grill, this is the way to go. Easy to do with results that are outta' this world.

This was very good and so simple to make - it's funny how his dishes always seem so complicated on air but when you get in the kitchen, things come together so effortlessly. The flavors from the chimchurri go hand in hand with this cut of meat. We've been grilling now for over 2 months since my husband was put on a diet for Triglycerides and we are making quite a few of Emeril's dishes. Our favorite to date is "Skirt Steak with Chimichurri Sauce". Then again, how can you possibly go wrong with Emeril.
