I took this dish to a potluck and it went over well. I put a card with it indicating the dish was spicy. I came home with just enough to put in my lunch the next day. The dressing is very tasty. I doubled the recipe, except for the mint. I still only used one cup of mint and thought it tasted great! Good for a crowd who likes spicy food. If I was just making it for myself and my boyfriend, I would add more cayenne pepper because we like spicy food. As is, the recipe has good flavor and isn't overly spicy.

Easy and delicious.

I made this for a Morrocan dinner party. I was a little worried, but everyone loved it. Served it with lamb kabobs and couscous.

This salad was light and so refreshing. If your trying to count your calories, you'll really enjoy this salad. It's packed with so much flavor and little guilt. In combination to ANY middleastern food, this would most definetly complaint a dish. I'll be making this at least once a week...so good! Yummmmmm-o!
