This is a wonderful salad! I made it for friends and everyone loved it! We added some capers for color because my husband doesn't like basil and it was a great addition. Highly recommended!

This was the best salad ever, easiest fancy thing I've made, and plain delicious! Who sent in this recipe anyway? There isn't a TV chef or a difficulty rating on it. Oh, well, it's delicious.
