The Black Bean sauce really makes this an All star in my home. The organization of the Quesadilla needs some work but, we put the chicken in the quesadilla.

The chicken was golden brown on the outside and moist on the inside. The quesadilla was crispy with lots of flavor, and I loved the spicy black bean sauce. My family is really picky and they loved this meal.
