This recipe is a bit time consuming, but much can be done in advance. The flavors are savory and delicious and I got 23 people who said it was the best soup they ever had. Can you get a better review?

I did not do the serrano cream but the soup was great as is. The porportions were good.

A friend served this soup, and it was wonderful. I had to have the recipe. It does take a bit of work, but it is worth it. Your guests will be impressed - and appreciative.

The roasted yellow pepper soup was good. Fair warning, though, it is very rich. I made it as a meal, but it would be better as an appetizer sized bowl of soup. Very tasty, though!
