Excellent - the flavors were perfect - rich and and not overwhelming. The fish was sooo moist. The potatos were perfect in flavor. Everything from the recipe pasta, salad etc. complemented each other - and for first time in baking fish, I presented a memorable complete dish like a pro!

Takes lots of prep time. flavor w/pasta is good however NOT great.

This was easy, and quite tasty. But I don't understand why pasta with potatoes. I seared the fish first to get out some of the oil. And it was quite a wonderful dish. Only comment is that it was too much per portion w/pasta.
