My wife and I made these tacos recently and they were so good we are making them for company. We couldn't find tomatillos, so we just made a fresh tomato salsa instead. We also added a little quacamole and we had a great meal.

Everything about this meal was great. I had to sear it in a pan and finish the tenderloin in oven because i didnt have a grill pan

I just saw this episode today and had to try it. I substituted battered frozen fish for the pork, cuz I was cooking for myself and it was really good with the fish. I forgot to buy limes and used Rosies Lime Juice instead and it made it kind of sweet, but it was still so good!! Cant wait to try it with the pork, and limes next time. Super easy and fast!
