Great Recipe To Spice Up A Boring Week

I've made this recipe 3 times now since seeing it on Food Network a few months ago. I've made the sauce 6 times (love it on ribs). My only suggestion is to find lean wings. The ones at my local grocery are very fatty and they did not come out that great the first time. Next time I made them I trimmed the fat off the wings almost making a "lollipop". THEY WERE FANTASTIC!! This recipe also works great with chicken tender pieces. My son loves them..

Awesome!!!

My family LOVED these wings AND the bbq sauce. I did add more house seasoning to my flour and wings but overall I will prepare these again!

This recipe is absolutely spectacular. My boyfriend and I saw the show and even though we'd just ate dinner, our mouths watered. I promised I'd make them the coming weekend. It was awesome!! He raved and raved about how fantastic they were... best we've ever had. The sauce that was leftover has an even more fabulous flavor after being refrigerated for a couple of days. It'll be great on pork burgers, salmon, darn near anything... Way to go! This recipe kicks serious butt!!

These were awesome!

This recipe ROCKS! This gets 10 stars!! I went out and bought the ingredients needed for this recipe and FORGOT the drumettes!! Not wanting to make another trip to the store I used the chicken tenders I had in the freezer and they came out great! I can?t wait to make these again but next time using the drumettes!! I can see why Eboni won this category... Congratulations Eboni and thanks for sharing???

The Sauce was amazing. I've never used mango's before, did not enjoy peeling or cutting it up, but it was worth the work and mess. The Fried Chicken was excellent. I used chicken legs instead of drumettes it worked great. The double batter and breading makes a big differences. Thank you for sharing this special recipe!

This has to be one of the best barbecue sauces that I have ever had. It works so well with the fries chicken and it was fairly easy to make. Great Job Eboni!

Ebony great job on winning your category. I love the recipe for the battered chicken. The sauce was ok. I followed it to the letter. I think the liquid smoke threw my husband off. He said it tasted like baked beans. It was good but I wouldn't make the sauce again. Again the batter was wonderful. I always wondered how to make my chicken crispy.
