excellent flavoring for the pork, and the combination of moist and dry texture of the meat after cooking is perfect for the tenderloin

This rub added a nice flavor to my pork tenderloin. Will definitely make again.

Great recipe! My husband loved it! Even our 3 young children cleaned their plates! I don't typically have those spices as seeds--I have ground spices. So, I just mixed the ground spices (didn't have fennel though) in a small bowl. Placed meat in tin foil w/ whole bay leaves and grilled first 15 min in tin foil. Grilled remainder of time directly on grill -- gave it the perfect crust and melt-in-your-mouth tender! Making again for guests tomorrow night!

Too intense for Pork Tenderloin.

This rub overwhelmed the delicate pork. And I only used half of it. Cooking time is way too long--cut the time in half and watch for temp.

My first attempt at cooking a pork roast. This recipe is easy to follow and takes little time to complete from start to finish.
