I also tried it with beef for those who find goat or lamb a little too strong. I found that this dish served with beans and rice was specially successful. The combination of peppers and spices is fragant and delicious. I served it over banana leaves and sprinkle some freshly chopped cilantro and the presentation was very apetizing. Thank you, Charito |
