I have a good recipe for ham and onion quiche, but I am tossing it out. This one tasted better than mine and was easier to make. I made it exactly like the recipe and it turned out great. It looked just like Emeril's

Quiche is quite good--Recipe for Beans?

This quiche is really good and I didn't change a thing. Disappointed the recipe for the white beans with ham hock and sausage was not on the "list of other recipes from this episode" I've already deleted the show from my TV and now there is no recipe on the internet. Does anyone have it? Do you know how to e-mail Food Network about errors such as this?
