Like most recipes Ina makes..this one is wonderful. My entire family has one form or another of Celiac Disease (inability to digest gluten). Because many of her recipes are based on fresh fruits and vegetables and good quality meats and fish, I have been able to adapt most of her traditional gluten recipes to gluten-free, much to the pleasure of my family. This one will definitely be added to my Gluten-Free Cookbook.
