A HALF POUND OF TEA? This should brew about 75 cups of tea. ORANGE PEKOE? This is only a leaf size, not a taste direction. I have great respect for Ms. Gand, but this recipe is silly. Either one aromatizes the tea, and brews accordingly, or one "assembles" later. This should not be a bar coctail, though the recipe reads as such. Drying the peel for three hours? Please. One can easily acquire peel late at night, and let dry until morning, without so much loss of essential oils. Theory, good: practice, well, not so good.
