This recipe was fantastic. The flavors were very complimentary in this dish, and they all really stood out. If you're on a diet, cooking the chicken as suggested and just forgoing the peanut dipping sauce and you've still got a very tasty twist on chicken.

I made 1/4 of the amount of peanut sauce the recipe calls for and still had plenty left over. The chicken wasn't very flavorful, but the sauce made it better. Its a good idea for an easy peanut sauce, but I would use probably 1/3 less coconut milk than it calls for.

Yum

Great recipe, I did change it by using 2 tbsp each of curry and I did not add turmeric. I let the chicken marinate over night before cooking. The sauce is enough for a double recipe of the chicken (or you could cut the sauce recipe in half.

Very good, slightly modified

This recipe is easy and quick, but I do recommend adding 5 more minutes to the peanut dipping sauce simmer...let it reduce a bit more and become thicker and more intense in flavor and it will go from good to wonderful!

Very bitter aftertaste

With just a bite of chicken, the flavors tasted so nicely together, but as I kept chewing, the flavor turned very bitter, and I was very disappointed. Ended up scraping it in the garbage, because both my husband and I couldn't stand the bitterness. Didn't even try it in the sauce because I didn't want anymore of the bitter flavor in my mouth.

Would not make again

Not thrilled with the flavor at all. I was expecting that "burst of flavor"... My family sat and ate it all the while each of us was thinking the same thing...NOT SO GOOD.

Recipe is different from the show

I also loved this recipe, only on the show she cut four of the chicken breasts into strips and put them on skewers and left two whole for the other Chicken recipe.

This is excellent chicken. It is tender and so easy to make. My whole (picky kid too) family loved it. The sauce is so good. (My kids liked the sauce with corn bread to0.)

Simple fun recipe

I loved this recipe. I thought the dipping sause needed more peanut butter and my husband thought it needed less lime. Overall very good. Will make again with modifications.

I recently discovered Indian food a few years ago and this is definitely a wonderful recipe to add to any collection. It was quick and simple and the grilled flavor mixed with the Indian spices explode in your mouth. I can't believe I never thought of this before since we love to grill.
