It was by no means bad - bud compared to most of Guy's stuff that I've tried, this was pretty tame. I guess Guy just had our expectations up too high! It was a fine supper, but not the super-freak tastebud blowout we've come to expect from him.

Was watching the show, and the recipe intrigued me. I used Chicken Tenders instead of breasts, and my family loved it. Very easy, cost effective, and a wonderful meal.

Delicious. I used chicken tenders and did not bother with the leeks or bean juice because I served with Green Beans with Roasted Corn.
