This is a pretty good side dish. A bit labor-intensive when you're used to just throwing some veggies into a steamer... Butvery tasty in the end.

Doesn't anyone wonder why this is called Green Beans with Roasted Corn and Green Onions and there are not any green onions called for in the recipe?? I am not sure if they mis-typed a "red" onion in the ingredients instead of green onions or what?? I guess it will be good either way.
