I was expecting Guy's signature Big Flavors - but instead these were rather mellow and subtle. Still good, but they don't have the WOW factor of many of Guy's other dishes. I'd make these for my parents, not my friends.

I love this recipe. It's quick and easy to do and turned out tasting great. Once you get the pot started, you can let it sit so it makes it easy to focus on another dish while you wait for it to cook!
