My family did not like this after i fried the fish and over the mixture over it it got mushy it was not a good texture

I'm not a fan of whiting, so I was looking for a recipe that would help my daughter and I enjoy this fish. It was super easy. Even though my husband hates fried foods, he didn't complain since it's fried in olive oil. I've added this to my recipe box. Thanks!
