Simple and tasty

Easy and fast and uses simple available ingredients. I used both the ancho and arbol chiles as suggested. It gave the marinade a nice kick but certainly not over the top. We used the outdoor BBQ grill; and in 15 mins, these short ribs were ready. The marinade made these much more interesting tasting than if just cooked plain with only s&p. This would work well for chicken and steaks as well. Will keep this marinade recipe on file to use again.
