The prosciutto we used was salty and not very easy to cut. Everything else was yummy!

I don't give out five stars frequently, but for the ease and simplicity of this dish, and excellent outcome, it was definitely deserving. Careful not to oversalt, the proscuitto is salty. We did tilapia and cod, both were excellent. Thanks!

My husband kept trying to talk me out of making this. To him it didn't sound appetizing at all. When I finally did make it, we were both floored. It was soooo delicious and easy. I made a lemon butter sauce to go with it. By the end of the meal hubby was asking when we were going to have it again!!!

I had no Proscuito on hand so instead I used ham with rosemary. It was so delicious, just enough salt and the rosemary gave the fish a fine flavor. Will definately use this recipe again. Also, the lemon went well.

This sounded so simple that I was sceptical, but it was delicious-- the prosciutto became crunchy and added just the right amount of saltiness and flavor, and the lemon added a little tang. I used a good quality prosciutto from a good Italian deli, and I think that is important

My family and I did not enjoy this dish. Perhaps the prosciutto from my store was not the best, but we thought this tasted very salty and just strange.

I cut the recipe to make this for 2 and just had it for lunch - Yummo! The saltiness of the Prosicutto along with the flakiness of the cod was a perfect combination. I did not make the asparagus but will for another meal.
