I have made a few recipes for pot stickers and these had the most flavor. I would have enjoyed a dipping sauce recipe.

The taste of these are great but there's an easier way to make them without having to mess up so many pots. Don't boil the dumplings first. Just brown a single layer of them in some oil in a wok or large skillet, then add 1/4-1/2 cup water (depending on if you're using a wok or skillet), cover and allow to steam until water evaporates. Repeat with additional batches if necessary. I like the texture of the wonton wrappers better if they're cooked this way. This technique is how they became known as "pot stickers."
