These cookies were good. You really don't have to make the dough into logs and wrap it around the chocolate. You could have just as easily dropped a ball of chocolate right on top of a slice of the dough and gotten the same results. They were tasty though-chocolate anything works for me!

The cookie tastes good, but you'll have to eat it in pieces. The centers don't stay in, so they look disastrous. Love Giada, but sadly, these cookies are a waste of time and ingredients.

I liked the cookies but even tho I did allow the cookies to cool the choc centers fell out of the middle, humm what did I do wrong? Michele

I love everything that Giada makes and these cookies are good but they aren't great. It's probably because I am a chocoholic.
