there was cussing in this recipe. my daughter was looking up recipes for smoothies and saw this. i was flabergasted. who new food network had such a vocabulary?!?! kids DO use this site. keep that in mind.

There was absolutely nothing special about this recipe and I really hated it, by the way don't try this if you are allergic to milk that's for sure!!!!!!!!

My husband works contruction and is out the door by 4am. This is something that is nutritous as well as filling so that he can start his day out right. I find that using the bananas and the yogurt gives it enough sweetness that you don't have to add sugar.
