Sauce is mind-blowing 04/06/2008 at 10:14am User: Anonymous User Rating: The sauce is fantastic and I love the uses of the winter vegetables. Always fantastic! 03/25/2008 at 06:18pm User: Duncan from New York, NY User Rating: Jamie's recipes are always amazing and I look forward to trying his take on Bagna Cauda. The new show is the most unique and appealing cooking show on TV despite what all of the "anonymouses" who are upset with Jamie's producers are saying. Glad to have him back on the air. Wrong photo 03/25/2008 at 10:16am User: Tricia from Waterbury, CT User Rating: I understand there is this odd agreement with this particular program only to print 2 recipes per show, but you really should pay more attention to matching up the right photo with the right recipe. This pic is for the Tuna Ceviche with Herb Sprouts and the citrus dressing, which was the recipe I was really interested in using. fantastic 03/23/2008 at 09:31pm User: Ann from St. Augustine, FL User Rating: I made it for company and everyone loved it. bravo Jamie! Good way to enjoy Veg 03/22/2008 at 03:16pm User: LEROY from St Louis Park, MN User Rating: This is a wonderful way to enjoy raw veggies, handled in ways that Americans never see on menus. Review 03/22/2008 at 01:19pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I agree with Pat. Can't wait to try this salad. salad-5; dressing-1; picture:0 03/22/2008 at 01:14pm User: Carter from Seattle, WA User Rating: I love the ingredients; I enjoy making use of unusual or little-used vegies; but the anchovies in the dressing is a love/hate thing and definitely not something I will do. The picture for this recipe, though there was much fanfare as to the limited number of recipes the show's producers would allow, is from the 3rd, 'excluded' recipe; the tuna ceviche with sprouts and fried garlic/ginger with a mock-yuzu dressing (lime, tangerine and grapefruit) and there you have it! Winter Crunch Salad with Mind-Blowing Sauce 03/22/2008 at 10:11am User: Pat from Charlotte, NC User Rating: I think Jamie Oliver is one of the most creative chefs on the Food Channel. He comes up with outstanding, interesting ideas. I never miss his show and I can't wait to try this outstanding salad. Don't need to regret any inconvenience 03/20/2008 at 04:01pm User: Anonymous User Rating: Noticed your statement about limiting publication of his recipes to 2 per show. What's that about? Nobody I know, which includes a lot of folks, even watches this dreary program. Keep dancing to Jamie's "producers" tune - and your entire audience will sit this one out. |
