i made this 2nite and everyone loved them. I did not use capers. I thought there would be more of a vinegar taste, but I was quite surprised. This is a keeper.

An excellent recipe. The only thing I wish was more specific about it is when it asks for you to add "a decent amount of a neutral oil" (I added more than I probably should and it came out a bit greasy). Otherwise, I can't wait to do this one again!
