Everything cooking basic Chocolate Mousse should be: fun, easy enough for almost anyone to follow yet requiring a cooks touch for presentaton and taste perfection, and like all chocolate mousse, delecious.

I made this recipe for a coworker who lived in France at one time. She said it was as good as any mousse she had in France. I take that as a high compliment. Everyone loved it. I also made it sugar-free and it was fantastic. I have a new favorite dessert. Once you get rolling, it goes very quickly and you're done before you know it.

I brought people to there knees with this dessert. The sounds people were making while they ate it gave me the title for this review. I can't believe how easy it was to make Easy to double. I will be making vats of this for the holidays. I can't think of a host/hostess that wouldn't want this instead of a bottle of wine!

First time I ever made dessert and I started with this. What an easy recipe. Served half of the recommended since it was a bit too much. Everyone loved it. Tyler, you are the best !

This is so easy and quick to make. It tastes just like the chocolate mousse we had at our favorite restaurant in Nancy, France. Thanks Tyler!

I never made mousse before becuae I though it was too hard. Wrong-Tyler's receipe is easy and delecious. However, the mousse DID come out a little heavy. I will try to just for the next time I make it!

This is delicious chocolate mousse made the way it was meant to be made. However, is it supposed to be almost cakey until you put the whipped cream in it? I think I may be doing something wrong. However, I don't hear any complaints from those who eat this.

Great recipe, easy to follow, a great hit!!!

I just saw the recipe in Food 911 with Mr. Tyler Florence and just had to try it. I have always wanted to make chocolate mousse. It was easy, well presented and easily explained on the show. No problem following the written instrucions as well. You will not be dissapointed!!! A total hit! I served it with fresh strawberries and a few springs of mint and it's out of this world.

Just like France

I have had chocolate mousse in the past and it was good, but always a bit thick, like frosting. Then I went to France and had some REAL chocolate mousse made with eggs and not crappy geletin. Although I saw how it was made by a family I was with, I couldn't remember the exact portions. This recipe rekindled my taste buds and reincarnated what real chocolate mousse is. Do not settle for other recipes.
