The gang At the little town of Clayton Idaho loved it. But what do you do with the 1/2 red onion, julienned?

I made this last year for Thanksgiving and loved it with one caveat. The curry turned it a funny color. I made it again with half the curry and it was just as good and no funny color. I plan to make it a holiday tradition.

It really is wonderful

I really enjoy Alton Brown, and good Eats and I always say to myself: "that's a good idea... I should try making that some day..." Well I was scrabling last weekend for something to make and bring to a baby shower. This salad was great. there was almost nothing left. I was sceptible about curry power, and the mint but it really made the salad.

Excellent

Wereally enjoy Alton - on the road, moderating on Iron Chef, the special on Bon Appetit's best restaurants. Great food education always presented with fun. This recipe is a new favorite - your family will love it.

I got rave reviews for bringing this Waldorf to work with me! People kept asking me for the recipe. I just love the combination of raisins and curry

This is a great version of the salad. We add chicken to make it a dinner.

made this for a company bbq - WOW! Can't go wrong with AB's recipes anyway but this one has just the twist to make an outdated recipe shine again. Great job!
