This recipe for the salmon is so easy and looks so luxurious and gourmet when you serve it, people think you slaved for a good while to make it. The salmon takes on the taste of the prosciutto and the two combine together just divinely! This is sooo good!

Good stuff all around! Five stars for the salmon! The salmon was cooked to flaky perfection. The prosciutto 'melted' to form a tasty shell and lost some of its saltiness. Four stars for the lentils! Very good and flavorful, but the yogurt seemed to congeal after a little time on the plate. They just seemed to lack one little thing that I cannot identify.

I thought this recipe sounded great - I like all the flavors individually - but wasn't crazy about how they went together. The proscuitto really overpowered the salmon. However, the fresh herbs were great in the lentils, which I liked a lot with pieces of the browned proscuitto.
