The best I have ever had or made. You can lighten it up by using hald of the recommended oil. I cannot go a summer without making it several times. It goes great with homemade bread and pizza.

I've tired lots of recepies for Gazpacho...this one is the best I've tried by far. With a teaspoon of cayenne, and the sugar...it gives it the perfect bite...but not too spicy. I also add a little less than a quarter cup of Campblells concentrated beef broth.

This was so easy to make, very flavorful using our fresh local ingredients. I cut the cayenne (my wife likes less heat than I do)and salt in half and substituted veggie broth for water. We usually have leftovers for a few days, but this went so quickly.

Best gazpacho I've ever had. I used 2 cans Rotel tomatoes (spicy) due to the poor quality of fresh tomatoes at the store. I should have used less salt since I used canned tomatoes, but other than that this recipe kicks butt.

This was excellent, the only thing I would do next time would be to cut back on the salt.
