Great tater salad!!! 06/24/2008 at 10:40pm User: Jessica from Williamsburg, OH User Rating: Not usually a fan of tater salad, but this was excellent! I added an extra tablespoon of Miracle Whip and an extra teaspoon (or so) of sugar. This is great the same day, after chillin' in the fridge for at least 2 1/2 hours, but is out of this world after it sits overnight. Will definately make this one again! yummy potato salad 06/23/2008 at 03:18pm User: marlene from andes, NY User Rating: Very good. Added grated carrots Doesn't need the sugar. Really good! 05/30/2008 at 11:50am User: Anthony from Los Angeles, CA User Rating: I had to make this twice. The followed the recipe exactly and had to throw the whole thing out - was gross. The potatoes were hard and it had a neon yellow color from all the mustard. I decided to tweak it. I used Yukon gold potatoes and used a little less mustard and was great! I've always been a huge fan of potato salad and now I am so glad I can make it at home. I use fat-free mayo in order to eat it with less guilt. :) WOW POTATO SALAD! 05/28/2008 at 07:57pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I have never made homemade potato salad...it always seemed time consuming and easier to just buy from the store. I was feeling a little adventurous and decided to try my hand at it.....I WILL NEVER BUY POTATO SALAD FROM THE STORE AGAIN!!!! Really good! 04/07/2008 at 08:35am User: Laura from Little Rock, AR User Rating: I was afraid the onion flavor was going to be too strong, but after sitting in the frig, it mellowed out quite a bit. I think I'll use Yukon gold potatoes next time, but the basic recipe is great!
