It's the crab butter....

Since Alioto is from San Francisco and famous for it's Cioppino, I gave this recipe a whirl last year and it was a hit!! Of all the cioppino recipes, this one calls for the crab butter. It makes all the difference in the world and worth it. You can even use cooked crab if you don't want to use live. It is easily adjustable, but it's the crab butter!
