I could eat a whole loaf myself! 07/19/2008 at 07:48pm User: Anonymous User Rating: This bread is so easy, and so delicious! I let it rise a pretty long time for the second rise; it made two HUGE loaves. Next time I will make 3-4 smaller loaves, as the inside could have cooked just a minute or two longer, but the outside was already done. I will definitely make this again. Except for the rising, it wips up in minutes in a stand mixer with a dough hook. good heart bread 07/15/2008 at 09:43am User: Anonymous User Rating: easy any one can do Easy and Tasty 05/04/2008 at 12:57pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I have made the bread twice and it has turned out wonderfully both times. The bread is lightly sweet and toasts well. Also, it requires minimal mess. One bowl and that's it. Excellent & easy 02/04/2008 at 12:01pm User: Dave from Summerville, PA User Rating: I've made this 4 times and it is by far my favorite bread recipe. A novice at baking but it came out just delightful. I baked in stoneware loaf pans @ 350 on next to botton rack for 30-35 minutes. The perfect loaf of hearty bread. It was easy and delicious! The rise times were relatively short, (1st-1.75 hours; 2nd- 1.5 hours) This was better than my other honey oatmeal wheat bread recipe as it produced a loaf with a softer, lighter crumb texture. Delicious! 12/25/2005 at 07:27am User: Anonymous User Rating: This is among the best recipes I have used for whole wheat bread. Makes 2 large loaves-it was a hit at the dinner party. really "Yummy" 03/29/2005 at 10:52pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I almost ate the whole 2 loves by my self.
