Slicing leek leaves is not the same as using lemon grass.

I cook a heck of alot of Thai, and Ive tried so many different versions, but I have to say, I keep coming back to this one! My guests and family agree as well! Even when you dont have all the correct ingredients, this recipee is forgiving and very easy to add little substitutes to. It always pulls through on the top!!!!! The flavors are very well rounded, and when you follow the ingredients to the "T" its the best Thai soup youll ever try!!!!!

We love this soup. Kaffir lime leaves can be had at ethnicgrocer.com. They can be frozen for future use, and make all the difference in the world.
