Sawmill Gravy 11/25/2007 at 08:38pm User: Jason from Santa Monica, CA User Rating: This recipe is text book sausage gravy. The only item that may need adjustment, depending on your taste, is the amount of sausage. It seemed to dominate the gravy a bit. This reduction would however compromise the amount of rendered grease you will have to make the roux for the gravy, but a little bit of butter offsets that. this was great 11/23/2006 at 06:47pm User: Anonymous User Rating: easy to make and realy delicious. The sausage we used was very lean, so we added butter to the recipe to cook the flour. this worked out really well. Super Easy and Delicious 11/19/2006 at 06:21pm User: Anonymous User Rating: This gravy is so wonderful. I did add some butter to the mix because my sausage did not render much grease. xfdghbsfghb 11/17/2004 at 07:31pm User: Anonymous User Rating: fgbfxghbsrfhryfgjmnchgjkc Biscuit Gravy that satisfies 11/13/2006 at 08:10pm User: Mark from Rolla, MO User Rating: This is the same recipe my family uses for sausage gravy over biscuits.
