If you like Chocolate and Marshmallows, this is the recipe for you. I decided to use walnuts, instead of almonds. It's easy to make. awesome 12/20/2004 at 10:23pm User: JAN from Ashdown, AR User Rating: This is some rich awesome. If you make it with the swirl morsels its even better. It has a white chocolate and milk chocolate flavor Love the Almonds... 11/23/2004 at 11:27am User: MIANNA from Thousand Oaks, CA User Rating: I made this yesterday as a test for something to make next month for Christmas. I was looking for rocky road fudge withOUT walnuts....I wanted that toasted almond flavor. And that's just what this recipe delivers if you toast the almonds well. My only negative was the final texture of the fudge. I would have liked it to look more smooth and glossy if that makes sense. Not a major drawback, just something I noticed. But the taste is delicious, and it's as easy as can be. I used Ghiradelli Milk Chocolate chips..and they were perfect for the flavor combinations. Great recipe but didn't work for me. 07/20/2004 at 06:10pm User: RENEE from Durham, NH User Rating: My daughter and I watched Tyler make it on TV and then tried it, but just didn't have the luck we needed. May need to be cooked longer. Delicious 07/14/2004 at 04:46pm User: Anonymous User Rating: This fudge recipe was very good except that it was a bit too sweet. However, all together, it was extremely tasty. I would just go a bit easier on the sugar next time. good 07/03/2007 at 05:38pm User: Elyse from Big Rock, IL User Rating: I had it at a rolling boil for 5 minutes, and it was kind of a soft end result. I think next time I will do 7 minutes. It was still very good, though YUMMY!!! 04/23/2005 at 11:54pm User: Katherine from Allen, TX User Rating: This is the best fudge! I hardest part was the waiting for it to set! The kids want me to make another batch right away. This will be great to give at Christmas. |
