These were yummy! Yes, I said most because even after tripling the recipe I still had 2 cups of met filling left. I wanted to make a more traditional sized empanada. I'm not sure how the chef figured that 2 pounds of meat would fit in only 6 - 8 empanadas. lol! Anyway, just tweak it the way you need to . Also, you have to wing how to cook the filling as there are NO insturctions on it. Mine came out really good. I actually didn't put the peeled tomatoes in the recipe.
