and I used that instead of the salmon. I also didn't use the lemon and orange slices. Instead I just squeezed the citrus right in the pan. Very good!

I've seen salmon topped with dill and sun dried tomatoes and white wine before, and it's very tasty. On this recipe we couldn't even taste any citrus. The slices of lemon and orange were a complete waste.

Scrumptious!!

My husband and I had two friends for dinner, one of whom is an amateur chef, and the four of us just LOVED this! Will be preparing this on many other occasions for anyone who likes salmon.

I had never used dill before trying this recipe and don't think i will ever use it again either. not enough flavor and salmon was still very rare after 10 minutes....couscous was not flavorful at all. Looked soo tasty and easy on TV but I guess looks can be deceiving. Sorry rescue chef, I'm still lost!

yummy AND healthy!

This was simple and delicious. I'll definitely have a heavier hand with the dill/sundried tomato mixture next time.

Awsome way to eat salmon

This recipe was wonderful. My husband just loved it. I didn't have sundried tomatoes and used sundried peppers and it turned out great. I can see why the person above wrote that was the best part (even with peppers). We happily ate all of it, using bites of orange and peppers in each bite. Use a good wine because you will want to eat all the yummy sauce it makes. The flavors all went together so well, we will definately make this one again and again.

Delicious

I loved this recipe. I thought the tomatoes would be too much, but they were the best part.

Nice and simple! It took longer to bake than 8-10 mintues though. I also grated some lemon zest on each piece of salmon

Easy and light

The citrus goes well with the salmon, just make sure you use ripe oranges and lemons. The salad dressing however, made for a little too much citrus, overall, still very good.
