Super Easy, Very good 07/11/2008 at 03:54pm User: Nancy from Apple Valley, CA User Rating: Thanks Alton for this super easy recipe! I had made a spinach salad and wanted a honey-dijon dressing quick! This sure fit the bill. I only gave it a 4 because it was very good but not *great*... I will definetly use it again. Tastes great 06/06/2008 at 06:27pm User: Gayle from Star, ID User Rating: I ran out of rice wine vinegar so I used regular white vinegar instead. It still tasted great on my salad. I served it at a dinner party and everyone loved it. Easy and economical 04/30/2008 at 05:32pm User: Jennifer from Cleveland, OH User Rating: This is my new favorite salad dressing. Store bought dressing is super expensive for what you get and the favor doesn't touch this simple recipe. I'll never buy this one again. Sweet 05/24/2007 at 08:55pm User: Karen from Cincinnati, OH User Rating: This was too sweet for my taste, but I enjoyed it. My guest thought it was delicious and wants me to make it again for him. Absolutely Wonderful! 04/30/2007 at 02:33pm User: Anonymous User Rating: Light, tangy, just right on all flavors. Awesome 02/10/2007 at 05:26pm User: Annette from Endicott, NY User Rating: This was delicious and so easy to make! There aren't many fat free dressings that are even edible, but this one was awesome. I didn't have any rice wine vinegar, so I used white wine and it turned out fine. I would recomend this to anyone! good 12/30/2006 at 10:29am User: Anonymous User Rating: has great flavor. Easy to make, great taste! 12/09/2006 at 05:44pm User: Anonymous User Rating: Very Easy! Quick, Easy, Delicious 11/08/2006 at 04:40pm User: John from Moon Township, PA User Rating: Like all things Alton, this recipe does not disappoint! I served it over some left-over caribean jerk chicken breast and made a salad of it. The honey cooled the spice of the jerk seasoning and the rice vinegar enhanced the aroma and taste of the allspice and thyme on the chicken. Bravo Alton! Keep up the excellent work! good flavor, but thin 10/14/2006 at 02:47pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I thought the flavor of this dressing was very good, but it was quite thin, which is why I am referring to it as a dressing. I wanted to use it as a dip and have that lighter color and thicker consistency, so I mixed in Miracle Whip Light (2 T for a 1/2 recipe, 4 for a full) and it was fantastic! I used it for dipping chicken tenders and then the next day as a spread for a turkey sandwich. However, if you were to use this as a dressing for a salad, the regular version might be nice. ok 09/19/2006 at 10:44pm User: john from st louis, MO User Rating: good with fingers added mayo to thicken Easy and Yummy! 09/03/2006 at 10:01am User: Michele from Albuquerque, NM User Rating: I love this dressing/dip. I've used it as both - for chicken, for salad. My daughter eats it straight! It's easy to make, too. Of course, you have to like honey and mustard. perfect 08/21/2006 at 06:19pm User: Jennifer from Rexford, NY User Rating: simple and delicious - thank you Alton! easy and yummy 07/25/2006 at 10:50pm User: MARIAN from Minot, ND User Rating: It doesn't get much easier than this. It's tasty and easy to play with the recipe (different types of mustard or vinegar). Great Dressing 06/25/2006 at 06:15pm User: Anonymous User Rating: Easy, easy, easy! All ingredients are on hand, goes with just about any salad. Tastes fantastic! Easy and low calorie. 06/25/2006 at 03:02am User: Larry from Flagstaff, AZ User Rating: A breeze to make in 5 minutes. The added bonus is the calorie content and the lack of fat. Vinegar is key 05/26/2006 at 04:30pm User: Diane from Fort Hood, TX User Rating: I was very pleased with my results. I'd made attempts before, but the rice wine vinegar was key to making it all work. Another "Keeper" 05/09/2006 at 11:25am User: BARBARA from pompano beach, FL User Rating: Only takes 1 time to make this to add it to the "keeper" file...Excellant dip and salad dressing...really kicks up chicken fingers a lot!! using different mustards give it a lil different taste but we really love it just like the recipe...thanks for a dip thats NOT loaded with fat!! Great combo Alton !!! Good Dressing 04/28/2006 at 11:24am User: Janet from St. George, UT User Rating: Although my daughter loved this dressing, it was a little too strong for me, but then I don't really like a strong Dijon flavor, and she does. If I make it again, I think I'll cut back a little on the Dijon. I did like the fact that it has no oil and hence is much less fattening than other honey mustard dressing recipes I have tried. Simple, tasty 04/25/2006 at 11:48am User: Anonymous User Rating: Super, 3-ingredient alternative to mayonaise or oil based dressings. Tastes great and easy to prepare--I used it to dress a simple green salad with grilled chicken. dressing 04/19/2006 at 11:15pm User: melissa from Lambertville, MI User Rating: I'll never buy this dressing again. It's quick, easy and tastes good Terrific! 01/23/2006 at 06:01pm User: Darin from San Jose, CA User Rating: This simple recipe is awesome! AB scores again 03/13/2005 at 02:05pm User: DON from Camarillo, CA User Rating: The honey mustard dressing was very flavorful and easy to prepare. Not So Much... 02/02/2005 at 09:51pm User: JULIET from Denver, CO User Rating: Love Alton but this one didnt do it for me...had a bit of a funky taste. quick and easy 02/02/2005 at 05:38pm User: GREG from gurneee, IL User Rating: quick and easy Great for Salads and Dip 09/25/2004 at 03:58pm User: DAVID from sierra vista, AZ User Rating: I made this dressing up for a party and the guests loved it and soaked up every drop. The next day I was flooded with requests for bottles of it. The only improvement would be suggestions for thickening it up for use on Hot Dogs. |
