Besides, you'll also need to make sure that you coat the ice cream ball really, really well (as directed) then keep it in the freezer for at least some hours. Plan to do this ahead (like 24 hours ahead) and keep it in the freezer if you plan to serve this for a party. Everyone loved this dessert and always amazed how simple it really is.
