I had great results -- this is a moist, tasty cake that received many compliments and recipe requests when I served it to friends with brunch. I used a 9x5x3 (at the top, 8x4x3 at the bottom) loaf pan. I'll bake this on again, great for the holidays.

I served this to a group of people everyone loved it, another keeper. May be heated in microwave for 45 sec. with a scoop of ice cream. Eat after it sits for a day to have flavors merge. A light cake, you well enjoy.

I made this cake for a family get together and it got rave reviews. I served it with blueberry ice cream. I don't really like ginger but this was great and very easy to make. I baked it in a 9" spring form pam.

I made this cake for my bf's employees and my coworkers. Some liked it and some didn't. I personally thought it was ok but not 4-5 star good.
