I cooked these ribs for a tapas party I threw recently. I do not have much experience cooking or party hosting, but with this recipe and others from this episode (especially the garlic shrimp) I was able to serve delicious and different tapas that were not too difficult to make. They were an absolute hit!

My family wasn't impressed with the flavor from the paprika. I thought there were very tender. Careful if you have picky eaters.

I made these as part of a an after-theatre tapas party last night. They are a no-brainer to make - cut, marinate, bake. I bought what was called "Party Ribs" which are the tiny ends of the baby back ribs, and cut them apart, so they were perfect finger foods. As they were baking, I had my doubts the first hour - they looked like they were boiling in marinade, and were kind of a gray color, and they had a weird "boiling meat" smell that I didn't like. But that last hour of the four they transformed into perfection! This marinade had a totally different flavor from anything I'd tried before. They end up with a glaze, no liquid left, but they were not at all dry. Extremely tender. If you want a very simple yet flavorful party food - make these!

Easy to prepare, can do for a large or small crowd, and after cooking, it literally falls off the bone. Ribs just burst with flavor!

I found this recipe very easy to follow and the results were excellent. It's a great departure from the standard barbeque ribs.
