This garlic bread is good. It's also not too buttery like the kind you buy at the store.

Oh so good....

Very tasteful garlic bread! Loved it alot. Word of advice to people who are going to try this recipe. If you are going to add cheese to the bread, make sure you don't bake the bread too much before added the spread mixture. If you toast the bread too much, once you put the bread back into the oven to melt the cheese, your bread will get burnt. Trust me, I know from expierence!

Easy and wonderful.

This is such a quick and easy side dish for any pasta! And it was so good! Mine got a little burned because I forgot it in the broiler, but it was still delicious!

Doubled recipe for a buffet for 30. Used huge loaves of French bread with grated romano cheese. It disappeared.

This makes a nice, flavorful and very crusty garlic bread. I did add the Parmesan and would recommend using it.

Quick, quick, quick for great, great taste!

I bought a loaf that had a cheese topping for this bread. It is amazing how the garlic taste gets infused into the butter in a minute in the microwave. I sprinkled parmesan on both halves and topped only one half with the parsley so that my young kids wouldn't be turned off. This is great and highly recommend it!

Not bad. A little messy. For my usual garlic bread, I use butter and garlic powder and then toast under broiler. It's easier to make and has a more galicky flavor.

a little bit softer now?

The absolute best garlic bread ever. It is a little awkward during prep (trying to hold onto garlic and tomatoes get messy) but worth it! I had to make it everyday for a week for my pleading family.

I'm not a big fan of crusty bread, so I thought this recipe would work with pretty much anything. I followed the super easy instructions and added the butter to my wheat bread. Then I added some sun-dried tomato and basil seasoning and parmasean cheese and it was PERFECT!!!

I used this recipe last night for a dinner party. Everyone loved it. I omitted the parsley and cheese--just forgot to add it. Brushed french loaf with butter before baking in the oven. I was surprised how good and garlicky the flavor was for such a quick recipe.

I used to just use frozen garlic bread b/c it was so easy to make - but this is just as easy (if not easier) and tastes so much better and more fresh. I've definately found a new staple for my meals.

I made this recipe along with Rachael's Pasta Putanesca. This garlic bread was the best I have ever had! All the flavor was there but it wasn't soggy with butter like so much of the garlic bread that you heat from the store or heat from the freezer. I added a little romano cheese to the top and it really finished it off. Our little family of three at the entire loaf (well, ok, our standard poodle had to have the last bite).
