Oh so good.... 12/16/2004 at 09:56pm User: G from SD, CA User Rating: Very tasteful garlic bread! Loved it alot. Word of advice to people who are going to try this recipe. If you are going to add cheese to the bread, make sure you don't bake the bread too much before added the spread mixture. If you toast the bread too much, once you put the bread back into the oven to melt the cheese, your bread will get burnt. Trust me, I know from expierence! It is amazing how the garlic taste gets infused into the butter in a minute in the microwave. I sprinkled parmesan on both halves and topped only one half with the parsley so that my young kids wouldn't be turned off. This is great and highly recommend it! Great Garlic Bread 01/24/2005 at 10:13pm User: BONNIE from Santa Ana, CA User Rating: I made this recipe along with Rachael's Pasta Putanesca. This garlic bread was the best I have ever had! All the flavor was there but it wasn't soggy with butter like so much of the garlic bread that you heat from the store or heat from the freezer. I added a little romano cheese to the top and it really finished it off. Our little family of three at the entire loaf (well, ok, our standard poodle had to have the last bite).
