try to tone it down by omitting the salt. (the saltiness of the soysauce is more than enough). okay flavor, however not a marinade we will do again.

Fish was very tender & moist but too salty, even without adding salt. Low sodium soy sauce may be a good choice for this one. I'd try it again with changes.

The grocery store didn't have halibut so we bought sea bass. It was excellent!
