this recipe isn't KLP - confectioner's sugar has corn starch in it, and corn isn't KLP...

This dessert is absolutely delicious! I have never eaten a Passover dessert quite like it. The coconut crust and the creamy orangy custard filling went really well together. And they sell confectioner's sugar that IS kosher for passover. I definately recommend this one.
NOT KOSHER FOR PASSOVER

This recipe contains confectioners sugar, which contains cornstarch, which is not kosher for Passover.
