I really enjoyed this recipe! I have always wanted to try shell fish but have naver had the guts to try and make it! My wife and I are not "seafood" people but we both realy enjoyed this recipe! The hardest part was that I did both sauces at once next time I will deff. do them seperate. It did not help I was having a bit of vino!
